We provide TCM treatment that is tailored for every person’s individual needs.

After meeting you and getting familiarised with your medical history, we will suggest a treatment plan that is best suited for you.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture aims to regulate the meridians or channels of the body to re-open the Qi or energy of the body that may be blocked.

Moxibustion

The biggest benefit of moxibustion is increased blood circulation which can warm those with a predisposition to cold.

Herbal Medicine

Chinese herbs are selected and combined in formulas based on principles of TCM. At Health and Harmony, we have over 400 types of herbs of the highest quality imported from China.

Acupressure

Also known as Tui Na, it can aid in relaxation which is beneficial to general health.

Heat Cupping

Commonly applied for joint and arthritic pain, stomach aches, menstruation issues, headaches, indigestion or respiratory conditions.

Allergy Testing

We provide a fast and efficient allergy-testing service that is done through hair mineral analysis.
